We can send up to 8 free boxes; if you do not utilize the box for the Ship to School program, please return to The UPS Store in downtown Austin or you can simply be charged for the retail price of the box. We can send as many additional free shipping labels as you'd like to simplify your shipping.

How many free boxes do you need?*

We utilize medium 18" cube boxes for your free boxes as they prove to be both cost optimal and ideal for shipping a good amount of items. However, you can also ship us any of your other packages as well plus packages from online retailers!

If we're sending free boxes, this is in addition to one per box.

Ship to School Registration Consent

This Authorization charge is your consent to register for Campus Crates ship to school services and these terms stipulated. You will be charged for a $20 ship to school reservation. At that time, our team will ship you requested free boxes and labels or email to you based on registration date. You grant us permission to charge for the unshipped boxes at regular UPS retail prices that have not been returned by Move-In weekend. Registration refunds are not available upon our processing for sending you labels or boxes. This registration also provides consent for us to charge your account for additional services you utilize and agree to, including the shipping and storage cost of the program. The service cost includes shipping charges with the shipping labels utilized and a storage delivery charge per box according to Campus Crates pricing.
