Ship to School Registration Consent
This Authorization charge is your consent to register for Campus Crates ship to school services and these terms stipulated. You will be charged for a $20 ship to school reservation. Beginning in July, our team will ship you requested free boxes and labels or email to you based on registration date. You grant us permission to charge for the unshipped boxes at regular UPS retail prices that have not been returned by Move-In weekend. Registration refunds are not available after August 1st or upon our processing for sending you labels or boxes. With this registration, you also provide consent for us to charge your account for additional services you utilize and agree to, including the shipping and storage cost of the program. We will charge you for storage and delivery for each box according to Campus Crates pricing by size. We will also charge you additionally per shipping label utilized at the actual UPS retail shipping price. No shipping charges will be applicable for online vendor shipments to us. All charges and payments are final upon usage of shipping, storage and delivery services. With this registration, you also provide us consent to store your packages climate controlled and deliver each package to your residence. You consent that each package that is confirmed as delivered to The UPS Store via shipment tracking is covered via a maximum insurance coverage of $100 per box or actual cash value, whichever is less. You may also purchase additional insurance to cover for shipping when dropping off at The UPS Store. Any questions may be directed to baylor@campuscrates.com.
